Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 August 2026 · Also available in العربية and Français

The short version: BarberGo is the software platform that helps customers find barbers, and barbers fill their chairs. The barber or shop you book is an independent business — they set their prices and do the work, and you pay them directly. We provide the tools, the trust layer and (for providers) a credit system that pays for platform access.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using BarberGo in any form you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. You must be at least 15 years old, as our Privacy Policy explains.

2. What BarberGo is — and is not

BarberGo provides software that connects two kinds of people: customers who want grooming services, and independent barbers or shops that offer them. We are not a party to the service itself. Barbers and shops using BarberGo are independent businesses responsible for their own work, prices, staff, hygiene, insurance and compliance with Moroccan law.

Money for a haircut — or any other service — is paid by you directly to the shop or barber. BarberGo never charges customers for services, never holds that money, and never employs the professionals on the platform.

3. Accounts and roles

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, for keeping your credentials safe, and for everything done through it. Accounts may act as a customer, a shop owner, or an independent barber; some features require verifying a phone number. Staff access to a shop's chairs is granted when a barber redeems that shop's chair code — treat those codes like keys.

4. Credits, points and payments

  • Credits are prepaid platform usage rights that barber and shop accounts spend when services are completed and on optional boosts. Credits are sold only to such provider accounts, only through our web checkout, and only from us as a single pack or subscription — never from third parties.
  • Points are loyalty rewards customers earn on completed activity. They can never be bought, have no cash value, expire if not spent, and can be used only inside the app for tips, discounts and boosts.
  • Credits and points are not money. They carry no interest, cannot be withdrawn, and have no value outside the platform. Rates, expiry and thresholds live in one policy table inside the product and may change with notice in the app.
  • If a provider balance goes negative, existing bookings keep working, but platform-sourced demand stops until the account is topped up; far below zero, new bookings pause entirely. Full details: our Refund Policy and the wallet screen in the app.

5. Fair use

Don't create fake bookings, farm rewards between accounts you control, abuse referral codes, scrape the service, interfere with its security, or use BarberGo for anything unlawful. Reward programs are limited accordingly — for example, points are issued for at most the first two completed services per customer-and-provider pair each month, grants are limited per verified phone number, and abuse may lead to restriction or suspension without refund of anything already spent.

6. Bookings, cancellations and no-shows

Customers can cancel from the app before the appointment; shops confirm, reschedule or complete bookings from theirs. The economy is deliberately fair about friction: providers get fees back when a confirmed customer doesn't show, and customers earn compensation when a shop cancels late. Repeated problems either way can restrict an account's visibility in the marketplace.

7. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings; we keep anonymised records as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or restrict accounts that break these terms or put the marketplace at risk. If your account is terminated for abuse, credits and points may be forfeited; where we owe you unspent credits from a real purchase, we'll follow the Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and correct, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for the acts of independent barbers and shops — including the quality or outcome of a service. To the extent allowed by Moroccan law, our total liability connected to the platform is limited to what you actually paid us through it in the previous twelve months.

9. Changes to these terms

We'll update the date above and announce material changes in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use BarberGo after that means you accept the updated terms.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and disputes go to the competent Moroccan courts. Questions: barbergo.ink@gmail.com. See also our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
